Shipping and returns

1. Shipping

We deliver to the following 27 countries. B2C rates are in euros and include VAT where applicable.

Destination
Cost

Italiy
5,99 €

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary
19,99 €

Cyprus, Croatia, Lithuania, Malta, Türkiye
29,99 €

Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Romania
36,99 €

Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation. The €5.99 rate for Italy applies to all served postcode ranges. There is no automatic free-shipping threshold. For Türkiye, any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are payable by the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

We process orders Monday to Friday on business days, from 08:30 to 15:00 Italian time. Orders received after 15:00 are processed on the next business day. Goods are dispatched after payment confirmation.

Delivery is expected approximately 60–72 hours after payment confirmation. Holidays, destination and customs procedures may affect delivery times. Different times known before purchase are stated before the order. Statutory rights in the event of delay remain unaffected, as set out in the Terms and conditions of sale.

You will receive a tracking email when your order is dispatched. For delivery issues, email info@fixandgo.com and include your order number.

2. Withdrawal and returns

If you purchase as a consumer, you may change your mind without giving a reason. In addition to the statutory period of 14 calendar days, Fix&Go offers a more favourable period of 14 business days from delivery to notify withdrawal: Monday to Friday excluding Italian public holidays, counted from the day after delivery. For a single order delivered separately, the period starts from delivery of the last item.

Use the “Withdraw from contract” function available on this page or email info@fixandgo.com clearly stating your decision to withdraw. You may also use the model form in the Terms and conditions of sale or send a statement to TEK’s registered office. No registered-letter confirmation of an email or prior authorisation is required.

Send the goods back within 14 calendar days of notifying withdrawal to:SAVE SRLVia Togliatti 2320066 Melzo (MI), Italy

Enclose a note stating “RESO per TEK Automotive S.r.l.”, with your order number and the purchaser’s name to help identify the return. You bear the direct return shipping costs for a change of mind.

Use suitable protective packaging, preferably the original packaging, and include the supplied accessories. Opening the packaging does not automatically invalidate withdrawal. Any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is needed to inspect the goods may be taken into account, including where sealant has been dispensed. Administrative return instructions do not restrict your rights.

3. Refunds

4. Faulty incorrect or damaged products
